The known in Bagua Mountain is as the shining Buddha. If you go along the winding roads around Changhua and Fenyuan, and finally you will get on the 139 County Road which settled on ridgeline of the Bagua Mountain. If you go along the ridgeline road, the two rows of plains are wide open along the way. The woods, fields and rural settlements are intertwined, and the beauty of the countryside comes into your view. In recent years, Taiwan has also emerged to use the "Satoyama Initiative" to construct a model of life and environmental management with Satoyama spirit in various places. It will implement the vision of harmonious coexistence between people and the environment.
In this period, our USR team is going to promote the Bagua Platform as the conceptual field of "Satoyama Spirit" (located in communities in Fenyuan Township and Changhua City) to achieve the six-level development goal of the agricultural industrialization. It will focus on the thematic development of small tourism in rural communities, and promote the themes of rural study tours, cultural and creative products, and tourism service innovation. In the future, through the perspectives of agricultural village aesthetics, friendly ecology, health promotion, and beautiful countryside, we can promote the six-level agricultural industrialization for the small tourism industry in the community. In the agitation of the humanities and the environment, it has developed more new ideas, created products, and shaped unique business formats. And then, through involvement and participation, people can understand the culture and stories of the field and the community. The evolution of the past to the future is recorded and presented in the form of video images, so that all transformations are no longer just illusion.
The United Nations has formulated 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is a concern of the world, and also a problem that Taiwan must face while pursuing economic development. In order to help solve the problems which most communities faced in the Bagua Platform, our USR team has checked the local problems connecting four SDGs goals, such as: how to transform the operation of communities to increase employment and promote the return of young farmers back communities; responding to the vision of the International Satoyama Initiative and maintaining Life-ecology-production which called “three-life society”; transforming agricultural waste into cultural and creative commodity industries to achieve agricultural circular economy; rural communities with three-life function can actually have the aspect of ecological conservations.

The agricultural waste in Taiwan is as high as 4.62 million metric tons per year, which is a huge burden on the environment. Agricultural waste often lacks a centralized collection and recycling mechanism due to scattered sources of production. Some crop stalks are randomly discarded or burned in the fields, which also causes odor and air pollution problems. Although most of the surplus materials produced by Fen-Yuan Township's local agricultural production are organic matter (such as pineapple leaves, lychee and longan tree branches, etc.), it is necessary to promote the direction of resource utilization or transformation so that it can be properly processed and reused. Our USR team tried to make pineapple leaves into hand-made pineapple fiber paper or use pineapple fiber pulp and clay to make their own paper puppets. We can have more creative idea to turning pineapple fiber paper into packaging materials and gift bags. The pineapple leaves can also be broken and scraped to remove impurities, leaving fibers with extremely high toughness. They can be used as raw materials for hemp rope, which can be woven into handmade bags, which is quite interesting. and phoenix fiber paper as packaging material and carrying bag. It is very interesting to use pineapple leaf's extremely tough fiber as a raw material for hemp rope and weave it into a handmade bag. In addition, branch pens are also the way out for lychee and longan tree branches. The branches themselves have different lines, patterns, and aromas that make each branch pen shows a unique appearance of regeneration.

The young farmer, Zhuang Deng-Jie from the "Beautiful Fenyuan" green farm in the Jiu-She community and he had served in the Huashan Foundation for three years. He traveled to various villages in Fenyuan Township, and fell in love with his hometown. He give up working hard in the city and return to his hometown, Changhua Fenyuan Township, to work in farming. Pursuing for the simple life of farming, he also chose a unique natural farming method. He grows rice with four “Nos” (no pesticide, no fertilization, no killing of snails, no poisoning birds). He uses the idea " If you want to eat good rice, you need take Adventure" to raise hundreds of shareholders to pre-purchase rice, so that he can plant non-toxic rice without worrying fund and let shareholders eat well. He actually establishes a model of mutual trust and mutual benefit. There are six students from different departments in Da-Yeh University with different fields of expertise also participated in our USR team to assist in the development of the Zhong-Lun community. They formed a "Hey! Pineapple" team and passed the Migration Rural Project from the Water and Soil Conservation Bureau. This is a village-based activity that encourages young students to participate in rural communities, display their creativity and expertise, and assist in rural regeneration. They thought about many projects, such as: agricultural education activities, food labeling, community art, etc. After interacting with the people and volunteers in village, the plan was adjusted according to the needs of the community, and finally, with the joint participation of people and volunteers in village, They together make the communities different.

This project is involved in "travel in-depth inside villages" to understand and promote local industrialization. It is different from fancy tourism. It uses an angle of slow tempo to carefully understand the local natural environment and cultural activities, and participates in cultural creation handcraft. It will strive to create a leisure space and travel experience that allows travelers to settle themselves down, calm, and tranquility.
